Jane is a Human Resources Professional with over 12 years experience.

Having graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006, with a degree in Commerce, majoring in HR and Industrial Relations, Jane worked in various large corporations across different industries before joining our family owned business.

Jane is a calm, flexible and pragmatic HR professional, who works together with our Managers and Therapists to drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, team work and high performance, ultimately facilitating a high level of care for our clients. She is a sincere individual with a balanced people and commercial focus.

Jane is regularly on the interviewing panel and when asked by candidates ‘What is her favourite thing about working with Caswell Health Care?’ her response is ‘The people! To be able to work with and support Therapists whose work has such a profound impact on our client’s lives and the broader community is extremely rewarding.’

Jane works with us in a part-time capacity and busily plays mum to her two children on her ‘days off’. She loves outdoor adventures and activities and enjoys any chance to plan and host a celebration, bringing family and friends together.
