Do you have a waiting list?

All new clients will be offered an appointment within one week of an accepted referral.

Can an appointment be made at my home?

Yes we offer a mobile service within the greater Sydney area.

How long will the appointments be?

The length of initial assessment will vary depending on the reason for the assessment. Generally one hour is sufficient, but this may increase for more complex clients.

What are the fees?

Fees start at $90 for a half hour in-rooms appointment.

What funding assistance is available?

There are several funding initiatives supported by state and federal governments to assist you to access therapy services:

  • Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care Program (EPC)
  • Younger People in Residential Aged Care (YPIRAC) Program
  • Home and Community Care (HACC) Program
  • Community Options Program (COPs)
  • Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) Program

Will I be able to claim the cost of the appointments on my health fund?

All therapists at Rehab on the Move have a provider number to enable you to submit the invoice to your health fund after payment. The amount refundable varies from fund to fund and is dependent on your level of cover.
